This document contains the official terms and conditions governing the use of the terbang777 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Password and Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. terbang777 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication for an added layer of security. Do not share your password with anyone, including individuals claiming to be terbang777 staff.
Terbang777 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
Terbang777 users are required to use this platform in a lawful, ethical manner that does not harm other users or the platform itself. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without notice, as well as legal action where applicable:
- Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to cheat the betting system, manipulate odds, or collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Use of automated software: The use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to place bets or access the platform automatically is prohibited.
- Money laundering: Using the terbang777 platform for money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using dishonest methods to repeatedly claim bonuses and promotions is a serious violation of these terms.

4. Payment Information, Deposits, and Withdrawals
Deposits & Currency
All transactions on the terbang777 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the Wallet section of your account and is subject to change from time to time.
You may only deposit funds from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. terbang777 reserves the right to reject deposits originating from unverifiable or suspicious sources.
Withdrawals and Processing Times
Withdrawal requests are processed according to the selected payment method. Typical processing times are within minutes for DuitNow and GrabPay, and one to two business days for bank transfers. Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority in the withdrawal processing queue.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as your terbang777 account. Withdrawal requests involving third-party accounts will not be processed and will be cancelled.
Terbang777 reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, you may be required to submit identity verification documents and proof of funds before the transaction can proceed. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, terbang777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to lost betting winnings, service interruptions, or technical errors.
Terbang777 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary service disruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the terbang777 platform — including logos, interface design, brand name, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of terbang777 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any terbang777 content or materials for commercial purposes without explicit written authorisation from terbang777 management.

The terbang777 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. terbang777 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties.

6. Account Termination, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Terbang777 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: violation of these terms and conditions; false or misleading registration information; fraudulent or suspicious activity; a request from the user themselves; or in accordance with instructions from a competent authority.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, terbang777 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Should you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our customer support to process the request once all legitimate withdrawals have been settled.
